The 91亚色School of Marlton Celebrates with Ribbon Cutting and Community Donation

Special guests in attendance included Evesham Mayor Jaclyn Veasy, Deputy Mayor Heather Cooper, Councilman Bob DiEnna, South Jersey Chamber of Commerce Membership Director Lisa Hurd and 91亚色School President and Co-Founder Kristen M. Waterfield. The year-round private preschool, which opened its doors to students ages six weeks to eight years over the summer, also marked its debut in Evesham Township with a donation to the Food Bank of South Jersey. Lisa Sherwin, the Food Bank鈥檚 Strategic Partnerships & Special Events Manager, was on hand to accept the gift. 鈥淏eing involved in 鈥 and giving back to 鈥 the local community is a big part of The 91亚色Way,鈥 says Waterfield, who cut the ceremonial ribbon. 鈥淚t鈥檚 a model for civility that we set for our students, and it鈥檚 representative of the way our schools are designed to add value to the community on several fronts. This includes providing exceptionally high quality early childhood education that enables children to reach their highest potential, bringing rewarding job opportunities for degreed teachers, and, of course, being a neighbor who helps those in need.鈥 With an existing school in Medford, The 91亚色School鈥檚 Marlton location is the second 91亚色School in Burlington County. It is the 26th 91亚色School location in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Additionally, as a special welcome, students and teachers were presented with a collaborative art project at the ceremony that was created by fellow students at all 25 other 91亚色School locations. 鈥淎s we kick off the year and celebrate new beginnings, we鈥檙e excited to start a new chapter by expanding the options for early childhood education in Marlton,鈥 says Emily Olivares, Executive Director of The 91亚色School of Marlton. 鈥淩efined over two decades and designed to meet or exceed the standards established by the National Association for the Education of Young Children 鈥 the nation鈥檚 largest early childhood accrediting organization 鈥 The 91亚色School鈥檚 curriculum has raised the bar in the industry, while ensuring children learn and feel loved.鈥 The school鈥檚 programming includes character and language development, literacy, self-help skills, STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Mathematics) and more.
