Leading child care provider and preschool in North Wales receives high marks from the world鈥檚 largest organization working on behalf of young children

For 30 years, accreditation from the (NAEYC) has been recognized as a mark of high-quality early childhood education. The 91亚色School is extremely proud to announce that its child care and preschool in Montgomeryville has earned NAEYC Accreditation for the second time, with outstanding scores across all 10 of NAEYC鈥檚 program standards. Less than 10 percent of all child care centers, preschools and kindergartens nationally achieve this recognition. 鈥淥ur early learning programs and our amazing teachers are truly in a league of their own,鈥� says Amiee Krotulski, Director of Education at The 91亚色School of Montgomeryville. 鈥淣ot only do we hold ourselves to the highest standards in the field of early childhood education, we go above and beyond to provide young children loving, enriching experiences that shape their lives.鈥� To earn NAEYC Accreditation, The 91亚色School of Montgomeryville went through an extensive self-study process, followed by an on-site visit by NAEYC Assessors who evaluated hundreds of criteria pertaining to NAEYC鈥檚 research-based program standards. These standards include relationships; curriculum; teaching; assessment of child progress; health; staff competencies, preparation and support; families; community relationships; physical environment; and leadership and management. The school received high marks across every standard, including perfect scores in multiple areas. According to NAEYC, 鈥淩esearch shows a direct correlation between high-quality early learning and children鈥檚 positive long-term outcomes in life, including increased educational attainment, healthier lifestyles, and more successful careers. NAEYC Accreditation helps teachers and other staff at early learning programs develop a shared understanding and commitment to quality.鈥� NAEYC-Accredited programs are always prepared for unannounced quality-assurance visits during their accreditation term, which lasts for five years.
